48 hours for making soup
Our broth is the original, rich and creamy one that is boiled for 48 hours. Filling a large stock pot with full of the ingredients and boil them for 2 days to squeeze out every last bit of the rich extract. It is important to pay close attention during the boiling process, as the thick broth burns easily.
The thick noodles used at the restaurant are all homemade. We use special flour directly delivered from Nagoya, Japan. We make noodles with passion every day at our own noodle factory. You can enjoy the wheat flavor and chewy texture of the noodles.
Authentic Japanese atmosphere
The architectural design and construction of the shop are supervised by a Japanese professional architect. This make it possible to realize the authentic Japanese quality even in Thailand. The interior of the shop and design of entrance are inspired by the style of Japanese houses. The chandeliers are made of Japanese ceramics. All things that are used in our shop design, from the main design elements to the small details, come from Japan.
